A.R.C. Year Show
Having started its life in August 2022 with the support of Ambidexter, A.R.C., A Residence of Creation, aims to give the opportunity to creative souls a space to research, cultivate their practice and create in an environment with a connection to the Anatolian landscape of Cappadocia.
The exhibition is of the first four artists that A.R.C. has hosted together with the curation of Ambidexter.
Defne Cemal
Defne Cemal was born in 1997 in İstanbul. After completing her high school education in Enka Schools, she enrolled in New York University and will complete her BFA, majoring in Studio Art in the spring of 2019. Having attended college, despite of pursuing her passion in illustration and drawing, Defne became a multi-media artist who explores painting, poetry, video, ceramics and performance.
